Additional Options:

Temp-to-Hire Services

Temp-to-hire services combine elements of both temporary help and full-time placement.  Under these arrangements, the customer asks Heber to recruit individuals who may be interested in full-time work and assigns them to the customer for a trial period during which both the customer and the individual can evaluate the relationship.  During this trial period, Heber employs the individual in the same manner as in any other temporary assignment and pays all wages, benefits, and statutory insurance coverage.

After a designated period of time, if the customer and the temporary employee agree to enter into a full-time employment relationship, the individual’s relationship with the staffing firm is terminated.  The employee is not charged a placement fee under the temporary to full-time arrangement.  The employer may or may not be charged a fee under a traditional employment agency placement arrangement.

Placement Services

Placement Services are services provided by Heber Associates that bring together job seekers and potential employers for the purpose of establishing a regular, full-time employment relationship.  The employer may or may not be charged a fee under the employment agency placement arrange.  There is never a fee to the applicant.
