A Straightforward Process—And No Games
If we connect about a role, you’ll get clear next steps, honest feedback when it’s available, and a process that respects your time.
Note: A public jobs list is coming soon.
What to Expect, Step by Step
Every search is a little different, but this is the typical flow.
1) Intro & Fit Check
We’ll talk through what you’re looking for, what the role requires, and whether it’s worth your time to move forward.
2) Resume + Details
If it looks like a match, I’ll ask for your resume and a few practical details (location, work authorization, compensation range, and timeline).
3) Candidate Profile
I’ll put together a clear summary for the hiring team—so you’re not reduced to a PDF.
4) Interview Coordination
I’ll coordinate scheduling, prep you on what to expect, and keep the process moving.
5) Feedback & Next Steps
When the client shares feedback, I’ll pass it along quickly and clearly. If they’re slow, I’ll follow up.
6) Offer Support
If you receive an offer, I’ll help you understand it and navigate the final steps (start date, notice period, and questions to ask).
A Quick Note on Privacy
I never submit your information to a company without your explicit go-ahead.
